Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Orders are shipped from the United States whenever the selected shipping option is available.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is approximately 3–10 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to the carrier, weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you by email after your order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the shipment has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at notebase.central@gmail.com and provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged package and product.

If your package is lost during transit or does not arrive, please contact us so we can review the shipment and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
